Decor
Complete Flexibility
We may have white walls, but we’re not a blank box. Our mill provides industrial elegance and is steeped in character. We offer you stylish, lasting, and high-quality decor for your event. Whatever your style, we’ve got the fixings to make your wedding beautiful: rustic wood arches draped out in florals, an industrial steel chuppah, and all the candles and lanterns you could want to light up your night. Over 140 pieces of decor means if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.
“In addition to the interesting space, we were able to use a lot of the Boylston Room's inventory of decoration and other items which (1) helped saved us some money and (2) helped us not buy things that were wasteful. We used the arch, large sign holders, table number holders, candle holders, the card box and more all from the Boylston Rooms.”

Environmentally Friendly
The average wedding produces 400 pounds of garbage and 63 tons of carbon dioxide. We’re changing that narrative.
We provide high-end decor options from our warehouse, allowing you endless decorating options, without adding to the landfill. Of course, all couples are welcome to bring in their own decorations! Some couples have even paid it forward, adding to our collection by donating their personal decorations after their events.
Before Your Wedding
Once you book, you’ll gain access to our Client Portal which is filled with sample layouts and wedding details sheets. You can browse our website to start visualizing your day! Later, you'll come to the office to see these items in person and complete your Detail Sheet. During this planning session, we’ll go through your designs and finalize the majority of your details.
Below is just a small sampling of the decor we offer free of cost.
Table Numbers
Table numbers help guests find their seat and gently bring order and flow to your wedding day.
There are countless ways to express your personal style with decorative tabletop numbers. Some couples incorporate their wedding colors, use different materials to enhance their theme, or even name tables based on their favorite places, shows, or bands. Note, the number shown on the image reflects how many tables we have that style of table number for. *Cards may appear slightly different in person.

Misc Glassware
Many couples pay-it-forward and help us with our goal of decreasing landfill waste by donating their unique glass pieces. We have a vast collection of unique pieces, from large vases to small bud vases. This inventory changes frequently and has more one-off pieces than we can even document. Below is an illustrative sample of some of our pieces, but we strongly recommend browsing our full inventory in person!
Candle Holders
We use all LED candles; live flames are not allowed for decor. We offer a selection of convincing taper candles, votive candles, pillar candles, and floating candles, all with safety in mind.
Card Boxes & Signs
Collect cards from your loved ones securely in these striking boxes.
Chargers
While the vast majority of our decor is included at no extra cost, some things require additional labor or outside sourcing. Decorative chargers, which are all washed by hand, are provided at $1 per plate.
Memory Table Signs
Memory tables can be a sentimental way to honor those who have passed and can't be physically present at your wedding. These signs can accompany photos of your loved ones.
Flower Baskets
We have one of each basket.
