Nestled in the heart of Western MA, at the foot of Mount Tom, we proudly showcase the mill’s original floors and windows.

Pricing
Holiday Weekends are 10% above the Season rate of that date. New Year's Eve is 10% above the Early Fall Saturday rate. Venue Rental is subject to a 6.25% MA Sales Tax and a $375 Event Insurance fee.
